• URLs submitted for SEO audits — used only to run your requested analysis in real time
• Text submitted to AI tools — page descriptions, topics, and content sent to our AI generators. This data is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate results and is not stored by us

Data Collected Automatically

• Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited) — collected by Cloudflare infrastructure as part of standard web hosting
• No cookies set by our platform itself (see Cookie Policy for third-party details)

3. How We Use Your Data

• URLs are submitted to the Google PageSpeed Insights API to generate audit results — they are not stored by us after the request completes
• AI prompts are processed by Google's Gemini API — Google's privacy policy governs how they handle this data
• Server logs are used for security monitoring and abuse prevention only
• We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or marketing

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with the third-party services required to operate our tools:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

5. Data Retention

FutureFlow AI does not permanently store audit data, submitted URLs, or AI prompts. All processing is done in real time. Cloudflare may retain standard server logs for up to 30 days as per their infrastructure policy.

Under GDPR, CCPA, and applicable Indian data protection law, you have the right to:

• Request information about what data we hold about you
• Request deletion of any data we hold
• Object to processing of your data
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

All data transmitted through our platform is encrypted via HTTPS. Our backend runs on Cloudflare Workers, which implements industry-standard security practices including DDoS protection, TLS encryption, and edge network isolation.

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy
